Planning, Permissions and Paragraph 80e

The implementation of a garden or landscape design my require permission from the local planning office. This could be general planning approval, Paragraph 80e approval, listed building approval or approval for work on, or removal of, a tree with a preservation order. I can either deal with the application on your behalf or simply provide specific scaled drawings and reports, depending on requirement.

Paragraph 80e

I have spent the past 5 years working with the Traditional Architecture Group (TAG) as a Landscape Design Consultant. The group consult on Paragraph 80e planning applications and I have been part of peer review panels, consulting on numerous exciting and successful projects in Northamptonshire and the East Midlands.

My experience of many Paragraph 80e projects has given me the knowledge and skills to consult on many aspects of the process. This includes preparation of reports, design drawings, landscape schemes and the peer review process. Landscape Design is a key part of creating a Paragraph 80e scheme and it requires a Landscape Designer with the specific knowledge and experience to work with your architect to submit a successful proposal.
